Delivery Information
We offer the following delivery options for you to choose from depending on how fast you need your part(s):
- Royal Mail 48 (Tracked: Usually 2-3 business days). Order BEFORE 4pm for same day dispatch (Mon-Fri) - £4.49
- Royal Mail 24 (Tracked: Usually 1-2 business days). Order BEFORE 4pm for same day dispatch (Mon-Fri) - £6.49
- Royal Mail Next Day by 1pm. Order BEFORE 4pm (Mon-Thu) - £9.49
- Royal Mail Saturday. Order BEFORE 4pm Fri - £13.99
All accepted orders for items in stock, made before 4 p.m. (GMT) Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays in England) are dispatched immediately via Royal Mail and the selected service you have chosen. Tracking information is also sent to you via the Royal Mail.
You are responsible for supplying your correct delivery address. Incorrectly addressed parcels, at best, will be delayed by the carrier until they have manually confirmed the delivery details. The accuracy of an address can be verified by using the Royal Mail Post Code Finder (here).
We can not accept responsibility for delayed parcels, or for parcels that have been delivered to an incorrectly supplied address. Should delivery be delayed by more than 21 days, you have the right to contact us via our contact page here, or by phoning 0121 382 2305 and refuse to accept the goods. The Element Man LTD will refund any money paid by you for these goods.
