When ordering goods or services through this website, you are entering into a legally binding contract with The Element Man LTD.
This contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales
Safety:
All parts supplied by The Element Man LTD must be fitted be a competent and able person appliance disconnected from the mains supply.
Ordering and Payment:
Goods are subject to availability. If, for any reason, we do not supply any goods, you will not be charged for those goods and we will refund any money that you have paid for them Payment must be made at the time of order. Your order will only be processed once The Element Man LTD has received payment in full. The Element Man LTD accepts Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, Cheques, Money Orders and Postal orders. Cheques will only be accepted with a valid cheque guarantee card.
Returns & Refunds
Part(s) that have been used, fitted to your appliance, cannot be returned.
You may cancel your order and request a return within 14 days of the date of delivery. Please notify us using our chat system or by phone. if you intend to return your part(s) within this time, we will provide a link for a prepaid label. You then have 14 days to return the part(s).
If you ordered the wrong part(s), changed your mind, or found that your appliance had other defects, not related to the part supplied, it must returned unused and in are-saleable condition, including the part packaging, and all paperwork. Please be aware that the costs of returning the part(s) must be paid by you. A pre-paid postage label is available below at a cost of £4.49 and will be deducted from any refund applicable.
This applies to UK orders only. If you used a proxy, or forwarding service, to deliver to an address outside the UK, you must return the part(s) at your own cost. Alternatively you can send your return to us via post at your own cost to: Elementman 155 South Rd, Erdington, Birmingham, B23 6EN. Please ensure you get proof of postage in case your item gets lost in the post.
Faulty or defective part(s) must be returned in the condition that you received them. We will provide a free return label at no cost, Either email elementman@btconnect.com or call 0121 382 2305 so that you can return the part(s).
Warranty
We offer the following warranty on all domestic parts only.
Faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear are not covered by this warranty, beyond:
For part(s) deemed as Genuine manufacturer’s part we offer 12 month warranty, from the date of purchase.
For non-genuine compatible parts (copy parts / pattern parts) we offer 6 months warranty, from the date of purchase.
Commercial Elements and Business Users
All catering and commercial elements have a 25 percent restocking charge and come with 3 months warranty.
